Helper

We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and responsible General Helper for our warehouse/factory. This is an all-round support role. The candidate should be ready to help in all daily work, including opening/closing, cleaning, packing, loading, unloading, transport support, warehouse arrangement, and any other helper work required by the company.

• Main Work ResponsibilitiesOpening and closing warehouse/factory as instructed
• Daily cleaning, sweeping, dusting, and keeping the workplace organized
• Packing products carefully for dispatch/export/domestic orders
• Loading and unloading goods, cartons, raw materials, and finished products
• Helping in transportation work, vehicle loading, market work, and local delivery support when required
• Arranging stock, cartons, tools, packing material, and products properly
• Helping senior staff in production, warehouse, dispatch, packing, and general daily work
• Moving products safely from one place to another
• Checking basic product count and helping in sorting items
• Keeping products safe from damage, breakage, dust, and mishandling
• Supporting office/factory staff whenever extra help is required
• Following instructions properly and completing assigned work on time
• Maintaining discipline, cleanliness, punctuality, and honesty at work
• Candidate RequirementsMust be honest, punctual, active, and hardworking
• Should be willing to do all types of helper work
• Should not say no to basic warehouse/factory duties
• Physically fit for lifting, moving, packing, cleaning, and loading work
• Should be disciplined and respectful
• Long-term working attitude preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse, factory, packing, transport, export, handicraft, hardware, ceramic, or home décor work is a plus
• Local Jaipur candidate preferred

Important NoteThis is a general helper role, not only packing work. The person must be ready to support in all daily warehouse/factory activities, including cleaning, opening/closing, loading/unloading, transportation support, packing, arranging stock, and any other work assigned by the company.
