Job Description

1. Cooking & Food Preparation:

  • Assist in preparation of meals (breakfast, snacks, basic dishes)
  • Basic cooking as per instructions (Maggi, sandwiches, eggs, simple meals)
  • Cutting, chopping, and preparing ingredients

2. Kitchen Support:

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area at all times
  • Ensure proper storage of food items
  • Help in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies

3. Utensil Cleaning (Important):

  • Wash all kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure timely cleaning during and after service

4. General Duties:

  • Support chef/manager in daily kitchen operations
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards
  • Help in waste disposal and cleaning
