Job Description

* Managing all 10 staff members.

* Taking daily attendance.

* Allocating duties every morning.

* Ensuring everyone reports on time.

* Coordinating leave and replacements.

* Supervising housekeeping standards.

* Calling electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, carpenters, etc., whenever required.

* Maintaining a list of pending maintenance work.

* Purchasing household supplies when needed.

* Checking groceries and inventory.

* Making sure vehicles are cleaned and serviced on schedule.

* Sending you a daily WhatsApp update in the evening.


Skills they must have


* Good spoken Hindi.

* Basic English.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp.

* Able to maintain simple Excel or Google Sheets records.

* Good at dealing with vendors.

* Strong follow-up skills.

* Honest and disciplined.
