Housekeeping

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the office premises. The role ensures a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
• Perform daily dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Ensure washrooms are cleaned regularly and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in pantry and assist in basic pantry services if required.
• Monitor and refill housekeeping materials such as tissues, soap, and cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues (leakage, damage, etc.) to the concerned team.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist during events, meetings, or client visits for setup and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of cleaning and hygiene practices.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills.
