Job Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards.
- Ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in on time.
- 2. Hygiene & SanitationMaintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- 3. Linen & Amenities ManagementReplace used linen, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms.
- Maintain proper stock of housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
- 4. Guest ServiceRespond promptly to guest requests such as extra towels, bedding, or cleaning.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through polite and professional behavior.
- 5. Room Inspection & Maintenance ReportingCheck rooms for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to the concerned department.
- 6. Lost & Found ManagementFollow hotel policy for reporting and submitting lost and found items.
- 7. Coordination with DepartmentsCoordinate with Front Office for room status updates (vacant, occupied, cleaning required).
- Coordinate with maintenance for repair issues.
- 8. Safety & ComplianceFollow hotel safety guidelines, fire safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
- 9. Productivity & Time ManagementComplete assigned number of rooms/areas within the shift.
- Maintain efficiency without compromising quality.
- 10. Discipline & GroomingFollow attendance, grooming, and uniform standards of the hotel.
