Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
- Assist in onboarding activities, including document collection and joining formalities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support HR in fulfilling manpower requirements.
