Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI sector positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
