We're Hiring – HR ExecutiveCompany: Smart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Silicone Sealant & Adhesives Manufacturing
Location: Murlipura, Jaipur (Work From Office)
PositionHR Executive
- Experience6 Months – 1 Year
- Candidates with hands-on recruitment experience will be preferred.
Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Candidate sourcing through multiple hiring channels (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Groups, Employee Referrals, etc.)
- Resume screening and interview scheduling
- Candidate follow-ups and interview coordination
- Employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintaining recruitment reports and hiring database
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of recruitment and hiring
- Hands-on experience with multiple candidate sourcing platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email & Internet)
- Ability to close positions within deadlines
- Preferred CandidateExperience in the Chemical/Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates from any industry with strong recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.
