Looking for an HR Manager who can handle recruitment training and office administration Candidate should be active organized and capable of managing real estate teams
Key Responsibilities
HR and Recruitment
Handle hiring for sales and office staff
Conduct interviews and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR policies
Training and Development
Train sales team on real estate projects
Conduct motivational and performance sessions
Organize regular training workshops
Team Management
Motivate team and improve performance
Plan team engagement activities
Maintain positive work culture
Administration
Manage office operations and coordination
Handle attendance payroll support and reports
Maintain discipline and office systems
