Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day HR activities. The role involves handling employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and supporting smooth HR operations within the organization.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, incentives, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and attendance.
• Support recruitment activities like scheduling interviews and coordination.
• Monitor staff performance data and assist in appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS on a regular basis.
• Maintain discipline and ensure smooth coordination between management and staff.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes.
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
• Preferred Qualifications:Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
