Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IndiaMART Executive who can efficiently handle inquiries, lead management, and customer communication through the IndiaMART platform. Candidates with knowledge of gemstones and the gemstone industry will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to IndiaMART leads promptly.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer queries regarding gemstones and related products.
- Maintain lead records and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
- Monitor IndiaMART account performance and improve lead conversion.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience working on the IndiaMART platform.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of gemstones industry.
- Experience in lead generation and lead conversion.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and online business platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
