Job Description – Inside Sales Executive (IndiaMART Leads)Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Jaipur
Company: AB INFOTECH (Genosub)
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming IndiaMART leads promptly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines, products, and solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain complete lead updates in the CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high lead conversion rates.
- Requirements1–3 years of Inside Sales or Tele Sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART or B2B inquiry platforms will be preferred.
