Job Description
Job Title - interior design Sales executive
Job Purpose
To drive business growth by identifying new clients, nurturing relationships, and promoting interior design solutions that align with customer needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales & Business Development
- Present interior design concepts, products, and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Insights
- Stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Share feedback with the design and project teams to improve offerings.
Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in interior design, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, or real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into client value.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Number of new client acquisitions.
- Client retention and repeat business.
- Contribution to revenue growth.
