SafeRide Health is a U.S.-based healthcare transportation company that arranges non-emergency medical rides for patients—typically through health plans like Medicaid/Medicare or insurer-sponsored benefits. It helps members get transportation to medical appointments, treatments, dialysis, behavioral health visits, and similar care.

Call Center Agent – India (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation)

We are looking for professional and customer-focused Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound calls for non-emergency medical transportation services. The role involves assisting patients and caregivers with ride scheduling, coordination, and issue resolution while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Requirements:

Clear and easy-to-understand spoken English (B2–C1 level)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or call center roles

Ability to manage high call volumes and follow structured workflows

Strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic approach

Graduates and undergraduates are welcome

Responsibilities:

Handle calls from patients and transportation partners

Schedule, modify, and confirm ride bookings

Accurately document interactions in the system

Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases as needed

Work Details:

5.5-day work week
