Inventory Executive

Toppersnotes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Specialist to manage and oversee inventory operations related to books, study materials, and office supplies. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring proper storage and distribution of materials. This role also involves coordinating with internal departments for inventory requirements and ensuring smooth stock movement across the organization.

The Inventory Specialist will supervise and guide the inventory support team, maintain systematic documentation of inward and outward stock, and prepare regular inventory reports. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying stock discrepancies, implementing efficient inventory management practices, and ensuring operational accuracy. Strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage and guide a small team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

* Manage inward and outward inventory entries

* Coordinate with departments for inventory requirements

* Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies

* Supervise and guide the inventory support team

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline

* Basic knowledge of inventory management and record keeping

* Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory software

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

* Ability to lead and guide a small operational team

* Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management will be preferred
