Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/Inventory Management System.
- Monitor daily inward and outward movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper material issuance and receipt as per approved documents.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Conduct physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Procurement, and Quality teams for material planning.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requests.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and variance reports.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory mismatches and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
