Job Description

Techrise is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support to our clients, primarily educational institutes such as schools, colleges, and coaching centers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of our systems, including camera solutions and software.


Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

-Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting

-Good communication and problem-solving skills

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

-Willingness to travel for on-site support
