Job Description

पद का नाम: सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव (Tally Prime)


पद का उद्देश्य:


ऐसे अनुभवी एवं जिम्मेदार सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की आवश्यकता है जो Tally Prime पर अकाउंटिंग एवं बिलिंग संबंधी कार्यों के साथ-साथ डीलर्स एवं टीम का प्रभावी प्रबंधन कर सके।


मुख्य कार्य (Responsibilities):


- Tally Prime पर सेल्स बिल बनाना।

- Credit Note एवं Debit Note तैयार करना।

- Purchase Entry एवं अन्य आवश्यक अकाउंटिंग एंट्री करना।

- डीलर्स एवं वितरकों से नियमित संपर्क बनाए रखना।

- नए डीलर्स विकसित करना एवं व्यापार बढ़ाना।

- टीम के दैनिक कार्यों का समन्वय एवं मॉनिटरिंग करना।

- टीम से दैनिक एवं साप्ताहिक रिपोर्ट प्राप्त करना।

- सेल्स टार्गेट की निगरानी एवं उपलब्धि सुनिश्चित करना।

- स्टॉक एवं ऑर्डर की जानकारी का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।

- ग्राहक शिकायतों एवं समस्याओं का समाधान करवाना।

- मैनेजमेंट को समय-समय पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना।


आवश्यक योग्यता:


- POST Graduate

- Tally Prime का अच्छा ज्ञान।

- सेल्स एवं डीलर नेटवर्क संभालने का अनुभव।

- ADVANCE MS Excel एवं कंप्यूटर संचालन का ज्ञान।

- टीम हैंडलिंग एवं रिपोर्टिंग का अनुभव।


आवश्यक कौशल:


- उत्कृष्ट कम्युनिकेशन एवं नेगोशिएशन स्किल्स।

- टीम मैनेजमेंट एवं लीडरशिप क्षमता।

- समस्या समाधान एवं निर्णय लेने की क्षमता।

- लक्ष्य आधारित कार्य करने की क्षमता।

- रिकॉर्ड एवं डाटा मैनेजमेंट में दक्षता।


अनुभव:


- सेल्स, डीलरशिप मैनेजमेंट या Tally Prime पर कार्य का न्यूनतम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय।
