Job Description
*Job Description – Business Legal & Litigation Executive*
*Department* : Business Legal & Litigation
*Location* : Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-Time
*Maximum Gross Salary* : ₹27,000/- per month
*Job Summary*
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Legal & Litigation Executive to support the legal and litigation functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and documentation skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have a basic understanding of legal processes and litigation support activities. Prior experience in legal operations or litigation support will be an added advantage.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, notices, agreements, and correspondence.
* Assist in managing litigation-related documentation and case records.
* Coordinate with internal teams, advocates, and external stakeholders for legal matters.
* Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases.
* Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS using MS Excel.
* Ensure timely updating and monitoring of legal and litigation cases.
* Support compliance with internal legal processes and documentation requirements.
* Conduct legal research and assist in preparing case-related information as required.
* Handle administrative and operational tasks related to the legal department.
*Required Skills*
Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP and other basic functions).
*Working Hours & Week Off*
*Shift Timing* : 9:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday and Sunday
Compensation
*Maximum Gross Salary:* ₹27,000/- per month (based on qualifications and experience).
