Lead Generation Executive

Role: Sales Consultant

Sales Consultants are responsible for handling clients directly, conducting meetings, explaining solar solutions, and converting leads into confirmed solar projects. They coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from lead generation to project confirmation.

Lead Management: Track and manage solar project leads received from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.

Client Meetings & Consultation: Conduct client meetings (online or onsite), understandelectricity consumption, site conditions, and recommend suitable solar solutions.

Proposal Discussion: Explain system capacity, pricing, ROI, and subsidy benefits to clients and guide them in selecting the best option.

Project Proposal Support: Coordinate with the internal team to prepare solar proposals and cost estimates based on client requirements.

Documentation Assistance: Guide clients in completing documentation required for subsidy applications, net metering, and approvals.

Token & Agreement Follow‑ups: Follow up with customers for token payments, project agreements, and final confirmations.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with technical, design, and execution teams for site surveys and project planning.

Project Updates to Clients: Maintain communication with customers and provide updates regarding project progress.

Sales Reporting: Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, and daily sales updates for management review.

Marketing Support: Support marketing campaigns by following up on generated leads and assisting in lead conversion.
