Job Description
maintain, repair, and inspect elevators, escalators, and lifts to ensure safe and efficient operation in compliance with local safety codes.
- Core ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Repair: Conduct routine servicing, diagnose electrical/mechanical faults, and fix broken components (motors, cables, control panels, hydraulics).
- Installation: Assemble and fit new elevator systems following blueprints and safety standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Perform safety tests (brakes, emergency power, door sensors) and maintain service logs.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency call-outs and passenger trap-ins.
