Job Description
Industry: Lithium-ion Battery & Energy Storage Manufacturing (ACC)
Handle complete electrode to cell manufacturing process: slurry mixing, coating, calendaring, slitting, stacking/winding, electrolyte filling, sealing, formation, aging, and grading.
Develop and implement SOPs for production lines.
Improve yield, reduce rejection, and increase line efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) battery standards.
Monitor battery parameters: capacity, internal resistance, cycle life, and thermal performance.
Identify safety risks such as thermal runaway and implement controls.
Coordinate with procurement for cathode, anode, separator, electrolyte materials.
Support maintenance team for machine setup, calibration, and uptime.
Troubleshoot process and product failures using root cause analysis.
Maintain production, quality, and audit documentation.
