Job Description

  • Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrating, setting up, and starting machinery according to specifications.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Controlling machine settings (speed, temperature, etc.) to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts using tools like calipers or gauges to ensure they meet quality standards, and removing defective items.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing regular maintenance, cleaning, and repairing minor machine malfunctions.
  • Safety Compliance: Following strict safety protocols, wearing protective gear, and keeping the work area clean.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate production logs, activity records, and reporting malfunctions.
