Job Description
Inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas regularly,
Ensure cleanliness and appearance of common areas
Conduct safety inspections
Handle repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.),
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
Respond to emergency maintenance issues
Manage maintenance technicians and support staff
Train staff on safety and maintenance procedures
Communicate repair timelines and updates
Maintain good resident satisfaction
