Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• RF Nominal Planning as per IP vender as per Business Plans
• RF & LOS Survey co-ordination
• Site/Technology Drop/Addition list for Monthly site count finalization
• Relocation / Re-Deployment finalization and tracking
• SSR for relocation, re-deployment & rollout
• Prefix Violation Tracker update in coordination with Project & Operations team
• Existing IBS extension coordination with ViBS, Commercial and Vendor team and required material arrangement
• New IBS deployment plan basis ViBS team requirement
• New Small Cell plan and re-deployment plan and tracker
• Consolidation Switch off, buffer switch off sites material removal plan with required HW details to project team
• Identifying alternative options for SLA breach sites
• RF Database Management w.r.t. Roll-Out e.g. RND, CDD
• Roll-Out support for IP vendors for site identification
• BI, GIS, Geography Master & Idea Universe Update
• 3G Neighbor list preparation
• Plan BSC / BTS Re-homing
• New trail projects site selection, implementation, coordination and corporate team update (CRAN, NB-IOT, Twinbeam)
• IP team coordination & joint survey to clear the new built sites SP
• RF planning input sheet with BTS/NodeB/eNodeB & its cell ID to CODE team for all new database creation(Rollout, Swap, 4G upgrade & 4G layer addition)

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 5 – 7 years Expertise in Ericsson and ZTE planning and optimization in 2g/3g/LTE

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• BE/BTech
• Engaged in multi technology, multi vendor expertise solutioning
• 5 – 7 Years experience in Radio & MW design, planning and optimization across multiple technologies
