Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Field Marketing & Outreach:
• Achieving targets by generating sales from various sources as planned working.
• Conduct daily visits to local hospitals, medical stores, and wellness centers for service promotion.
• Organize and execute medical camps, wellness workshops, and health talks in apartment complexes and corporate offices across Jaipur.
• Establish referral partnerships with healthcare professionals and corporate HR representatives.
• Digital & Content Marketing:
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) by creating engaging photo and video content, specifically Reels showcasing treatments.
• Maintain and update Google My Business profiles, including responding to patient reviews.
• Design promotional graphics using tools like Canva to highlight Panchkarma packages and seasonal detox offers.
• Lead Management:
• Follow up with potential patient leads generated from digital campaigns or field visits to convert them into clinic bookings.
• Coordinate with the clinic’s doctors and therapists to ensure a smooth transition from marketing inquiry to patient intake.
• Market Analysis:
• Track the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and local market trends in the Jaipur wellness sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (BBA/B.Com).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare, pharma, or wellness industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe) and video editing for social media.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining daily visit reports and MIS data.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal communication to build rapport with patients and partners.
• Fluent in Hindi and English; understanding of local Rajasthani dialects is a plus for field work.
• Basic understanding of Ayurvedic principles and the benefits of Panchkarma.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be willing to engage in extensive field sales and travel within Jaipur as required.
• Should have a personal vehicle for field visits.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
