About the RolePurple Heron Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Medical Public Relations Officer (MPRO) to strengthen engagement with doctors, clinics, corporates, healthcare consultants, and the community. The candidate will play a key role in increasing patient referrals, promoting hospital services, and enhancing brand visibility across Jaipur and surrounding regions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare partners.
• Promote hospital specialties, consultants, diagnostic services, and healthcare programs to medical practitioners and institutions.
• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, hospitals, corporates, TPAs, and community organizations.
• Coordinate CMEs, health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
• Support marketing campaigns and hospital branding initiatives.
• Maintain database and reports of doctor visits, referrals, and business development activities.
• Address patient and doctor queries professionally and ensure timely coordination with hospital departments.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and institutional tie-ups.
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, referral trends, and patient feedback.
• Assist management in executing business growth and patient acquisition strategies.
• Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, Life Sciences, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Hospital Administration preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, medical relations, healthcare business development, or pharmaceutical liaison roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good network with doctors and healthcare professionals in Jaipur region preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and relationship-building activities.
