Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
  • Analyze data and generate meaningful insights for management.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of information in reports.
  • Prepare dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
  • Maintain records related to attendance, production, inventory, sales, or HR data as applicable.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and charts.
  • Identify discrepancies in data and take corrective actions.

Support management in preparing presentations and business reports.
