💼 भूमिका का सारांश
हम एक क्रिएटिव और performance-driven Motion Graphic Designer की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो high-converting वीडियो ads और social media creatives बना सके। यह रोल खासतौर पर Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) के लिए attention-grabbing और sales-focused कंटेंट बनाने पर केंद्रित होगा।
🎯 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- Facebook & Instagram ads के लिए short-form videos (Reels, UGC style ads) बनाना
- Hook-based creatives बनाना (पहले 3 सेकंड में attention capture)
- Static creatives को motion में convert करना (scroll-stopping ads)
- Product-focused videos (Atta, Masala, Live Grinding concept) बनाना
- Voiceover, subtitles, transitions और basic sound design handle करना
- Campaign performance के हिसाब से creatives iterate करना (A/B testing mindset)
- Marketing team के साथ मिलकर ad strategy execute करना
🛠️ जरूरी स्किल्स
- Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (mandatory)
- Canva / CapCut / AI tools (Midjourney / Freepik prompts) का अनुभव
- Social media trends और ad psychology की समझ
- Hindi + Hinglish content editing में comfort
- Fast turnaround (daily creatives बनाने की क्षमता)
⭐ Preferred (Bonus Skills)
- D2C brand experience (especially food / health category)
- UGC ads editing experience
- Performance marketing की basic understanding (CTR, Hook, Retention)
