Job SummaryWe are looking for a versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to handle the maintenance and repair of various systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a "jack-of-all-trades" mindset, capable of pivoting between electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime.

• Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers.
• HVAC & AC Repair: Perform routine servicing and emergency repairs on air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
• General Repairs: Fix minor plumbing issues, perform basic carpentry, and handle general "handyman" tasks as needed.
• Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults in office or industrial equipment and coordinate with external vendors if specialized repair is needed.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the building and systems to identify potential issues before they become failures.
