ADMISSION COUNSLLOR FOR MANSARORVAR LOCATION ( THIRDEYE COMPUTER CLASSES )

• Job Overview Position: Admission Counselor / Career Counselor
• Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)
• Working Hours: 9.5 Hours / Day (e.g., 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM or standard shift within center operational hours 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
• Industry: IT Education & Vocational Training Institute
• Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & AdmissionsInquiry Handling: Greet walk-in students/parents and respond to incoming phone calls or web leads.
• Course Guidance: Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable computer/IT courses (e.g., Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Tally, Basic Computers, Data Science).
• Demo Allocation: Arrange free demo classes for prospective students to build confidence in the teaching quality.
• Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries and demo attendees into paid enrollments to hit monthly branch admission targets.
• 2. Pipeline & Follow-Up ManagementMaintain a structured database of leads and non-enrolled walk-ins.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture prospective leads and address doubts.
• 3. Center Operations & Student SupportAssist students with the registration form, fee structure explanation, installment plan options, and receipt issuance.
• Coordinate batch schedules and seating with instructors to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
• Address student queries regarding batch timings, attendance, or certificates.
• 4. Outreach & Local MarketingAssist in local promotional campaigns, distribution of promotional materials, or outreach events around local colleges and residential areas in Mansarovar as needed.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, B.Tech, etc.).
• Communication: Strong spoken Hindi and working knowledge of English.
• Persuasiveness: Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a sales-oriented mindset.
• IT Orientation: Basic understanding of popular computer courses and career scopes in IT/Digital sectors.
• Experience: Prior experience in educational sales, telecalling, or front-desk counseling is preferred (motivated freshers with strong communication are also considered).
