Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases accurately.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Oversee office housekeeping and cleaning staff to ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace.
- Support HR activities such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee record maintenance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle office-related field work, including bank visits, document submissions, collection of documents, and coordination with external agencies.
- Deliver and collect documents from clients, vendors, and business partners as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 6 months – 1 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a bike/scooter is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel locally for office-related tasks and field work.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office administration is preferred.
