Job Description
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- रोज़ाना ऑफिस/शोरूम खोलना और बंद करना
- स्टाफ, क्लाइंट्स और विज़िटर्स को चाय/कॉफी/पानी सर्व करना
- ऑफिस, शोरूम फ्लोर, रिसेप्शन और वॉशरूम को हर समय साफ रखना
- लोकल काम — बैंक, कूरियर, स्टेशनरी, सरकारी दफ्तर के लिए जाना
- आने-जाने वाले कूरियर/दस्तावेज़ों को भेजना, प्राप्त करना और साइन करना
- फोटोकॉपी, स्कैनिंग और बेसिक फाइल मैनेजमेंट करना
- ऑफिस सप्लाई का स्टॉक देखना और कम होने पर सूचित करना
- शोरूम की देखभाल में मदद — उपकरणों की डिस्प्ले साफ करना, सैंपल व्यवस्थित करना
- स्टाफ के रोज़मर्रा के कामों में सहयोग करना
- आवश्यक गुण
- समय का पाबंद — रोज़ समय पर आना ज़रूरी
- ईमानदार और विश्वसनीय — ऑफिस की चाबी और पेटी कैश की ज़िम्मेदारी होगी
- साफ-सुथरा और प्रेज़ेंटेबल — क्लाइंट-फेसिंग शोरूम का माहौल
- शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ — खड़े रहना, आना-जाना और काम करना होगा
- स्टाफ और क्लाइंट्स के साथ विनम्र और सम्मानजनक व्यवहार
- सीखने की इच्छा और खुद से काम करने की आदत
- निश्चित समय : सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 7 बजे तक
- यदि उम्मीदवार जयपुर शहर के आस-पास का निवासी होगा तो उसे प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी, क्योंकि हमारा ऑफिस सांसार चंद्र रोड पर स्थित है।
