Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging office materials.
- Monitor and replenish pantry, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
- Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of office equipment and furniture.
- Run official errands such as bank visits, courier services, or purchasing office supplies.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
