Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Helper to assist with daily office tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, and willing to support office staff with routine duties.
- Key ResponsibilitiesKeep the office clean and organized at all times.
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Handle office cleaning, including desks, pantry, and common areas.
- Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office when required.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
- Purchase office supplies and pantry items as instructed.
- Manage courier and parcel dispatch/receipt.
- Support staff with day-to-day office tasks.
- Open and close the office as per working hours.
- Perform any other office-related duties assigned by management.
