Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Assist in delivering and collecting documents, parcels, and courier items.
- Support administrative staff in routine office tasks.
- Manage pantry supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events when required.
- Monitor office consumables and report shortages.
- Perform banking, courier, and other outdoor office-related tasks as assigned.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of office premises as per company guidelines.
