Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, creative, and business-oriented Online Business Executive who can manage and grow our online business operations across social media platforms and online sales portals. The candidate will be responsible for product onboarding, content management, online inventory handling, social media growth, online sales coordination, and brand-building activities for Art India.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of online marketplaces, social media handling, product uploads, caption writing, and basic business coordination. The role also includes managing online financial summaries, payment follow-ups, and supporting domestic business growth through online tie-ups and collaborations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Business & Portal ManagementManage onboarding and listing of products on online sales portals and textile platforms
• Handle product uploads, descriptions, captions, pricing, and catalogue management
• Maintain and update product data across all online channels
• Coordinate online order management and sales tracking
• Social Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Create engaging captions, posts, reels, and promotional content
• Build and maintain strong online brand presence and customer engagement
• Increase followers, reach, and online visibility of the brand
• Photoshoot & Content CoordinationCoordinate and execute product photoshoots
• Ensure proper product presentation for online platforms
• Maintain content library including images, videos, and creatives
• Inventory & Online Stock ManagementMaintain online inventory records and stock updates
• Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for stock availability
• Ensure accurate inventory visibility across portals
• Business Coordination & Financial SupportPrepare online business reports and sales summaries
• Support payment follow-ups and basic financial tracking
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
• Business Development & Tie-UpsIdentify opportunities for domestic business growth
• Coordinate with small domestic partners, portals, and collaborations
• Support online expansion strategies and branding initiatives
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and online marketplaces
• Good communication and caption/content writing skills
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online sales
• Knowledge of Excel and online inventory handling
• Creative mindset with branding and marketing understanding

• Preferred QualificationsGraduate in Marketing, Business, Fashion, E-Commerce, or related field
