Operations Executive

About the Role:

Are you comfortable using computers, smart apps, and daily digital tools? We are looking for a practical, active individual to manage and assist with our business software (ERP) directly at a client’s manufacturing site.

Note: You do not need a tech or engineering degree for this role! If you know how to operate a computer smoothly, follow processes, and talk to clients politely, we will train you on the rest.

Simple Everyday Responsibilities:

• Software Support: Manage daily data entry and monitor our easy-to-use business application at the client's office.
• Process Tracking: Ensure the client’s team logs their daily operations into the system from start to finish.
• On-Site Help: Guide and help the client’s staff whenever they face difficulties using the software.

Who is the Ideal Candidate?

• Basic Computer Skills: Good hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel/Word), internet browsing, and general computer usage.
• Eligibility: Non-technical graduates (BA, B.Com, BBA, BSc, Diploma holders, etc.) are highly preferred.
• Communication: Polite and clear communication skills to talk to factory supervisors and staff.
• Attitude: A quick learner who is disciplined, down-to-earth, and ready to take responsibility.
