Reporting To: Operations Supervisor / Team Lead
Job SummaryThe Operations Field Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day locker operations, assisting customers on-site, handling customer calls, and ensuring smooth functioning of locker systems. The role requires field travel to different locations to provide operational and customer support.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and provide proper guidance and support
- Assist customers near the lockers during booking, pickup, and delivery
- Visit assigned locker locations for operational support and issue resolution
- Monitor locker usage and report technical or operational problems
- Ensure lockers are clean, safe, and functioning properly
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth daily operations
- Support customers in case of locker access issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions and operational activities
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
- Provide emergency or urgent support when required
- Key RequirementsReady to travel to different locations as per operational needs
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and technology
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
- Preferred QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience in operations, logistics, field service, or customer support is preferred
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills
