Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting features, managing application releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for application configuration and support.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration, ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and its integration capabilities.
- Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and service catalog items within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow such as JavaScript and Glide API.

- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
