Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application changes effectively.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support ongoing maintenance and audits.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Experience with application configuration and release management processes.
- Familiarity with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms used in packaged or software as a service applications.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
