Packaging Associate

Aesthetic Creations is a small, friendly handmade products studio based in Jaipur. We are hiring female candidates for Rakhi Making & Packaging work on a seasonal basis, with the possibility of permanent employment for high performers.

About the Job:

You will work in a warm and supportive team environment, creating beautiful handmade rakhis and preparing them for delivery. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handmade Rakhi Making: Crafting rakhis using threads, beads, decorative materials, and other craft supplies as per given designs
• - Packaging: Neatly packing finished rakhis in boxes, pouches, or gift sets as per order requirements
• - Quality Checking: Inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring every rakhi meets quality standards before packaging
• - Order Preparation: Organizing, labelling, and counting products for dispatch
• - Maintaining cleanliness and proper use of craft materials at the workstation

What We Offer:

• Salary: ₹6,500 – ₹8,000 per month (based on skill and speed)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
