Job Description
- Process online and offline orders accurately and on time.
- Handle product packaging as per company standards and SOPs.
- Ensure proper labeling, billing, and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate dispatches with courier and delivery partners.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and tracking details.
- Prevent order mismatches, packaging errors, and dispatch delays.
- Maintain stock of packaging materials and report shortages timely.
- Keep packaging and dispatch area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Follow daily operational checklists and reporting systems.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and discipline during daily operations.
- Minimize customer complaints related to packaging and dispatch.
