Job Description
Jaipur Doorbeen Hospital is hiring a dedicated and confident Counsellor. The role includes attending patient calls, making follow-up calls to leads, guiding patients about treatments and appointments, and converting leads into OPD & IPD patients. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle patient queries professionally. Experience in counselling or telecalling will be preferred. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who are passionate about patient communication and healthcare support.
