Job Description
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketer who can manage paid advertising campaigns, handle client social media pages, and support website management through Webflow.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRun and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Create lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies
- Manage and grow client social media pages:
- Plan and schedule content for client accounts
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for ad creatives and posts
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Handle audience targeting, retargeting, and pixel setup
- Manage and update websites using:
- Webflow
- Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates
- Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign performance and updates
- Required SkillsStrong experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Facebook Pixel
- Instagram Marketing
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Good knowledge of:
- Webflow
- Basic website editing and CMS management
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts professionally
- Understanding of social media growth and branding
- Basic analytics and reporting knowledge
- Good communication and client handling skills
