Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive

We are a fast-growing women's fashion D2C brand (BIBHATSU) selling on Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon USA. Looking for an experienced Performance Marketing professional who can independently manage paid campaigns and drive ROAS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns daily
• - Run Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• - Handle marketplace ads (Meesho Ads, Flipkart PLA, Amazon Sponsored)
• - Daily budget management (Rs.2,000-15,000/day)
• - ROAS optimization and scaling profitable campaigns
• - Creative briefing for ad designs
• - Audience research and lookalike audience building
• - A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audiences
• - Weekly performance reports and analytics
• - Pixel tracking, conversion API setup
• - Retargeting campaigns
• - Influencer marketing coordination (bonus)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience
• - Google Ads certification preferred
• - Strong understanding of ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA metrics
• - Meta Business Manager + Ads Manager expertise
• - Pixel implementation knowledge
• - Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• - Hindi + English communication
• - Analytical mindset
