Job Overview:We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to generate qualified leads, website conversions, and e-commerce sales (Flipkart/Amazon + D2C).

• Core Responsibilities:1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Campaign setup: Leads, Conversions, Traffic, Engagement objectives
• Audience strategy:
• Core (interest-based)
• Custom audiences (website visitors, video viewers, customer lists)
• Lookalike audiences (1%–5%)
• Funnel building:
• TOF (Awareness) → MOF (Consideration) → BOF (Conversion)
• Creative testing:
• A/B testing (hooks, thumbnails, copy, CTA)
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, Frequency
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, CPA
• 2. Google Ads (Search + Display + YouTube)Search Ads:
• Keyword research (Broad, Phrase, Exact match)
• High-intent keywords (e.g., “fresh atta near me”, “low GI flour”)
• Ad copywriting with strong CTR focus
• Display & YouTube:
• Remarketing campaigns
• Custom intent audiences
• Bidding strategies:
• Manual CPC, Max Conversions, Target CPA
• Optimize based on Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate
• 3. Tracking & Analytics (Critical)Setup & manage:
• Meta Pixel + Conversion API (CAPI)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Event tracking:
• Page View, Add to Cart, Purchase, Lead
• Funnel tracking & drop-off analysis
• Ensure proper attribution and data accuracy
• 4. E-commerce & Lead OptimizationOptimize landing pages for higher conversions
• Work on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Improve metrics:
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• CPL (Cost per Lead)
• CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
• 5. Reporting & ScalingDaily/weekly reporting:
• Spend, Leads, Sales, ROAS
• Identify winning campaigns and scale budgets
• Kill underperforming ad sets quickly
• Suggest new growth experiments
• Technical Skills Required:Hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads Dashboard
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of:
• Funnel marketing
• Attribution models
• A/B testing frameworks
• Basic knowledge of:
• Landing pages (Shopify / WordPress preferred)
• Excel / Google Sheets (reporting)
• Preferred Experience:D2C / Food / FMCG / Local service marketing
• Lead generation + hyperlocal campaigns
• Experience scaling ads with limited budget
• Key KPIs (Performance Metrics):Cost per Lead (CPL)
