Presales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation during the pre-launch phase of upcoming Cult.fit centers. The role primarily focuses on BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management, and walk-in engagement while the center is under development.

Role & responsibilities

• Execute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas.
• Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads.
• Set up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location.
• Attend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk.
• Explain Cult.fit membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential customers.
• Capture and maintain lead data accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
• Support pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activations.
• Ensure brand representation and customer experience standards are maintained at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).
• 02 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with high energy levels.
• Willingness to work in a pre-launch setup and flexible shifts.
