Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline manufacturing processes, ensure smooth production operations, and coordinate between different departments. The ideal candidate will monitor workflows, maintain process documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily manufacturing operations and production activities.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and production records.
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
Track process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Prepare production reports and analyze operational data.
Assist in implementing process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
