Production Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Executive who can handle overall production operations and inventory management. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily production activities, planning upcoming production, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth coordination between production and dispatch.

• Key Responsibilities:Monitor and supervise daily production activities.
• Plan and schedule production as per orders and stock requirements.
• Maintain proper inventory records (raw materials & finished goods).
• Track production output and update reports regularly.
• Coordinate with purchase and dispatch departments.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials for production.
• Maintain stock register and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of production and stock data.
• Support management with production planning and cost control.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of Production Planning & Inventory Management
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Qualification:Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant field)
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred (1–3 years)
